Chantry House
This tower block in Sheffield stood an impressive 15 storeys high and was within 5 meters of newly built social housing. There was an extensive asbestos strip, followed by a full stripped-out the building, before pre-weakening the structure via guidance from structural engineers.
The building was then reduced to rubble via precise explosives.
